Aims and Objectives

Aims : 
IKSHA E-Journal for Humanities, Social Science and Management aims to provide a rigorous, peer-reviewed platform for the dissemination of high-quality research that advances scholarly understanding across the humanities, social sciences, and management studies. The journal seeks to promote interdisciplinary dialogue, critical inquiry, and innovative research grounded in both contemporary perspectives and the Indian Knowledge System. 


Objectives

The objectives of IKSHA E-Journal for Humanities, Social Science and Management are to:

  1. Disseminate Scholarly Research
    Provide a credible academic platform for the publication of original research articles, review papers, case studies, and scholarly communications that contribute significantly to existing knowledge.

  2. Encourage Interdisciplinary and Multidisciplinary Studies
    Promote research that integrates perspectives from humanities, social sciences, and management to address complex academic and societal challenges.

  3. Promote Indian Knowledge Systems
    Encourage scholarly research on Indian Knowledge Systems, indigenous traditions, cultural heritage, folklore, and classical and contemporary Indian intellectual traditions.

  4. Ensure Academic Quality and Peer Review
    Maintain a transparent, double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and relevance of all published manuscripts.

  5. Uphold Publication Ethics
    Adhere to ethical publishing standards in accordance with COPE guidelines, including policies on plagiarism, authorship, conflict of interest, and research misconduct.

  6. Support Global and Regional Scholarship
    Facilitate scholarly contributions from researchers at national and international levels while foregrounding regional, cultural, and contextual perspectives.

  7. Encourage Theoretical and Applied Research
    Publish research that contributes to both theoretical development and practical applications in fields such as education, psychology, economics, governance, communication, and management.

  8. Promote Inclusivity and Academic Diversity
    Support research related to gender studies, disability studies, social inclusion, cultural studies, and marginalized perspectives.

  9. Address Contemporary Academic and Social Issues
    Encourage research addressing current challenges such as sustainability, environmental studies, social justice, policy analysis, cultural geography, tourism studies, and development studies.

  10. Ensure Open Access and Knowledge Sharing
    Facilitate open and equitable access to published research in accordance with open-access publishing principles.
